Can I upload a rack list, port map, or DCIM export?

Yes. The bulk CSV flow accepts simple label text columns and common headers such as rack, asset, room, panel, port, circuit, quantity, and notes.

How large can switchboard tags be?

Switchboard mode allows plates up to 16 x 30 in and accepts simple SVG, PNG, JPG, or PDF diagram uploads under 1.5 MB for proof review.

Which material should I choose?

Layered acrylic is the standard choice for most racks, panels, and equipment. Flexible engraving laminate is better for cable paths. Anodized aluminum or stainless is better for power rooms and high-wear areas.

Will I get a proof before production?

Every cart can download a free digital proof. Submitted quotes and checkout records also receive a proof by email; production requires payment and approval.

Can I reorder for a second phase?

Yes. Download the order summary or keep the CSV source file so the next cage, row, equipment list, or power project can match the original naming standard.

Does the arc-flash creator calculate incident energy or PPE?

No. It formats values supplied from the customer's current engineering study. The customer must verify the equipment match, calculation method, boundary, working distance, and PPE information before proof approval.

Does photoluminescent stock automatically make an exit sign code compliant?

No. The creator provides a production layout and material choice. The project must still confirm illumination, visibility, listing, installation, and authority-having-jurisdiction requirements.

Does the Braille option automatically make a sign accessibility compliant?

No. The proof uses contracted Unified English Braille and the production package defines standard dot geometry, but the installed sign must still use rounded, domed raised dots and meet all applicable tactile character, placement, mounting, contrast, and site requirements.
