Privacy and order data

Privacy Policy

DataCenterTags.com collects only the information needed to quote, proof, produce, bill, ship, and support custom label orders.

Information we collect

When you build an order, request a quote, upload a CSV, upload a switchboard diagram or sign symbol, or pay online, we may collect company name, contact name, email, phone, shipping address, purchase order number, project notes, selected label specifications, uploaded order data, and order history.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. DataCenterTags.com does not store full card numbers on this website.

How we use information

  • Prepare quotes, order confirmations, proofs, production files, invoices, and shipping updates.
  • Contact you about questions, proof approvals, substitutions, lead time, or delivery issues.
  • Keep a record of prior orders so repeat project phases can match earlier labels.
  • Improve the website, pricing, material options, and customer support workflow.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run the business, such as payment processing, email delivery, hosting, shipping, and production support. We do not sell customer lists.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, restricted admin pages, protected configuration files, and payment handling through Stripe. Order-status and proof-approval links contain a private access token; customers should not forward those links outside their project team. For security concerns, email Sales@datacentertags.com.

Retention and deletion

Order records, proof decisions, production revisions, payment events, and shipping history are kept as needed for customer service, repeat orders, accounting, dispute handling, and production traceability. Customer-uploaded sign symbols are held temporarily by the website, copied into the protected production job folder, checksum-verified, and then removed from website order storage after the production agent confirms intake. You can request correction or deletion of non-essential contact information by emailing Sales@datacentertags.com.

Updates

This policy may be updated as the business grows. The current version is dated July 19, 2026.
