Asset and maintenance records
Link technicians to the correct CMMS or DCIM record without searching by room and serial number.
Asset records at the point of work
Put a durable human-readable identifier and a scannable equipment record on the same engraved tag.
Scan plus verify
A QR asset tag can open a CMMS record, DCIM asset page, maintenance procedure, drawing package, inventory record, inspection form, or internal URL. Keep the visible asset name on the plate so a technician can still identify the equipment when the network, camera, or destination system is unavailable.
The builder accepts a direct URL or asset value. Sequential runs may include {sequence} and {label} placeholders so each generated tag receives a unique value tied to its visible identifier. For security, use an approved destination that does not expose credentials or sensitive internal information through the printed URL.
